The creative behind BraunCam Inc. is Matthew Braun, a Canada/US based cinematographer/director/photographer currently residing in Toronto, ON.

Over the years Matthew has travelled across Canada and the U.S.A working as a cinematographer on shows for Food Network Canada, Discovery Channel, Cooking Channel, TSN, CTV, HGTV, and more.  He has been nominated for 3 Canadian Screen Awards, for the series Food Factory in 2015, and Carnival Eats in 2019 and 2021. 

 

Matthew has been fortunate to have worked with many companies in the food and beverage industry, as well as manufacturing, artisan creators, and other creative industries.

Matthew has worked in extensively in the fields of factual television (food, home reno, design, travel), as well as documentary, short narrative, music videos and commercials.
